Kat was raised on the East Coast and currently lives in Laconia with her husband,
Craig, and her two boys, Ethan and Max as well as their dog! Living in the Lakes Region
her family is able to participate in a multitude of outdoor adjectives that the area
provides. She earned her BA degree at Hamilton College and her MBA at the University
of South Carolina. After ten years of Consulting for FP&A groups implementing financial
reporting platforms, she turned her hobby of Real Estate into her career [...]

Katherine is also involved in her community as she previously served many years on
the Associates' Board for the Nantucket Conservation Foundation and currently, is a
Board Member for the Sant Bani School.
