Recently, the Gunstock Commission, a board directors that oversees the operation of Gunstock Mountain Resort for Belknap County, presented county commissioners with ideas for partnering with private investors -- in a long-term lease model -- to enhance the recreation area that has existed on the slopes of Belknap Mountain Range since the 1930s.
