There are some statistics that you would expect; such as the number of sales have fallen since the high of 2004 (152) and the days on market have trended up. However, there are some things you would not expect. For example, the average sale price for homes sold on Winnipesaukee was the highest in 2010 and sales of homes over 1 million dollars is up almost 60 percent from 2009 to 2010.
