Christmas Tree Bonfire, Abenaki Ski-A-Thon on Saturday, January 25 with PRIZES!!!! Spaces are going fast for this new event--sign up today to secure your spot and start getting pledges! Only 50 people will be able to participate, so sign up today. We have awesome prizes donated from Nordic Skier and Ski Works, great food provided by the Abenaki Ski Team, along with music, lights, fire -- what more could you ask for?

As a fundraiser for the new lodge at Abenaki (proposed to be built in 2015) the Friends of Abenaki are hosting a Ski-A-Thon at Abenaki Ski Area on Saturday, January 25th at 4:30pm. Skiers and boarders of all ages will get pledges from their friends and family for each lap that they ski during the Ski-A-Thon. We'll have prizes from Ski Works and Nordic Skier ($75, $50 and $25 gift certificates!) for the most laps skied and the most money raised, along with delicious food and our Annual Christmas Tree Bonfire following the event at about 5:30pm. There's even a varsity Kingswood hockey game following the bonfire, so you can come in the afternoon and stay through the evening! Sign up here!
